Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via Bank Deposit and PayID.

To help us process your order quickly, please enter the following in your payment description or reference field:

Your Full Name + Your Order Number

Your Order Number is provided in your order confirmation email after checkout.

Orders are processed once payment has been received and verified.

To speed up processing, customers may send proof of payment via email or WhatsApp after completing their transfer. While this is not mandatory, it can help us locate and verify your payment faster.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 AM are typically packed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM are generally packed on the following business day.

While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, occasional delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Information

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia, including residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Standard shipping starts from A$10.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over A$200. Please ensure the free shipping option is selected during checkout where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Customers located in Western Australia may experience an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.

Please note that once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

You can use this information to monitor the progress of your parcel and view estimated delivery updates provided by Australia Post.

If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

There are no references to product contents or OZ Cheap Smoke displayed on the exterior of parcels or satchels. We understand the importance of privacy and take care to ensure orders are packaged securely and discreetly.

Smaller orders are typically shipped in durable mailbags, while larger orders may be packed in sturdy cardboard cartons designed to protect the contents during transit.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, health regulations, and legal restrictions, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch.
